Transfer Admissions Suspension Appeal

This form is for new applicants to NHCC that have been notified they have a current transfer suspension impacting admissions to NHCC or financial aid eligibility. Students must be admitted to NHCC and have paid the $20 application fee before the appeal can be reviewed.

Use this form only if you planning to enroll for the first time as an undergraduate student at NHCC (this includes students who previously attended NHCC as a PSEO or visiting student and have not yet been admitted to the college for undergraduate admission). Do NOT complete this form if you are a current or former student at NHCC that was recently suspended. Instead, complete the Appeal for Academic/Financial Aid Suspension form found on our Advising Center or NHCC forms website (under Financial Aid).
