    Appeal Process
    You must have both your Notice of Student Registration Form and transcript submitted before submitting this appeal.

    Both an explanation for your appeal request and supporting documentation must be provided. In the space below, please select the type of appeal you are submitting, and describe in detail the reasons for your appeal. Using the Upload File button below, please provide your supporting documentation, eg. medical forms, counselor's letters, etc.

    Submit completed appeal and attachments to the Admissions & Outreach Office within 7 business days of the published application deadline.

    *If your appeal is approved, you will be notified via email. Please make sure the email you provide is up to date and that you check your email regularly.

    NOTE: Please allow 7-10 business days for your appeal to be processed. Only 1 appeal can be submitted per semester (for any reason). Multiple appeals to test will not be approved.
