Instructions for Application Review:

Apply to North Hennepin Community College!
- This form is not your application. Students must apply online to North Hennepin prior to submitting additional application materials through this document submitter.
Minnesota Department of Education PSEO Notice of Student Registration Form (Three Part NOSR Form). This form can be downloaded and electronically signed. This must be signed by the student, parent, and counselor.
- This form must have Section 1 completed, including a student signature and parent/guardian signature (if student is under 18). Typed signatures are acceptable.
- Section 2 must be completed by a high school representative, including their signature (typed signatures are acceptable).
High school transcript, must include cumulative GPA.
- You must have a minimum of a 2.75 GPA to be considered for PSEO.
Nationally standardized test scores (if applicable). ACT and SAT scores can also be used for course placement into math and science courses.
Required for 10th grade students ONLY: Passing 8th grade Reading MCA scores. Alternate testing will be arranged only if a student did not take the 8th grade MCAs.

Eligibility

10th grade students must have an 8th grade reading MCA score of 850 or higher. Alternate testing will be arranged only if a student did not take the 8th grade MCAs.
11th grade students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher or rank in the top one-third (66% or higher) of their class.
12th grade students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher or rank in the top half (50% or higher) of their class.
