Bank Statement

This must be a current bank statement (not more than three months old at time of submission) from sponsor showing liquid assets (funding accessible to be used for school and living expenses). Must have name of sponsor and current balance.

Financial Sponsorship Certificate

This document should have the name of the student, name of financial sponsor, amount in USD (US Dollars) the sponsor intends to provide student, bank stamp/notarization, and sponsor's signature/date.
