Be Bold - Break the Mold ApplicationLoading...Be Bold - Break the Mold (BB-BM) is a mentoring program designed to support women (and nonbinary individuals) entering nontraditional career fields in Computer Science/IT/Data Science, Pre-Engineering, Construction, Criminal Justice/Police Science, and the Trades. A $1000 stipend will be awarded to students who complete all program requirements (payments will be dispersed at the end of each semester in 2 payments of $500). A limited number of stipends are available. Applications will close on September 11th at 5pm. Interviews must be completed by September 23rd at 5pm. The program begins September 24th with a welcome/orientation. Identify as female or nonbinary (open to all regardless of gender identity) Be motivated to complete all program requirements* Program requirements include: Interview with the Program Lead at your institution after completing the application Program entrance and exit surveys Acceptance and periodic check-ins with Program Lead 1:1 monthly meetings with your mentor are required and are to be initiated by the student.
